You can also manually add your own comps or active listings and the BPO Builder will build a professional BPO Report with a full color map of the subject property and all the comparables. Each comparable is fully editable by clicking on the comp and updating the information. You can add simple notes to each comparable to describe the difference between that comp and the subject. The BPO Report includes these notes to give a detailed and personalized BPO Report. This is an important tool to help you quickly and professionally prove your offer should be accepted.

Simply add the offer in the Offers Tab where you can keep track of the buyer’s information, buyer’s agent, price, the date it came in as well as the seller concessions, financing and contingencies. This helps you easily keep track of every offer on all your properties. You can also note the date when the offer was sent to the bank and whether or not the offer is still valid. It’s easy to generate a HUD-1 from the Offers Tab so you can see exactly what all the payoff numbers or what the seller is going to get at closing or will need to bring to closing.
