While I have been in the Real Estate Business I have not found a more useful tool than Short Sale Commander. At one point in 2009 I was in the middle of negotiating about 120 short sale files and was trying to find something, someone, a system, anything, that I could use to make my 12 hour a day life a little easier. I looked at a few short sale software solutions and they were so difficult to use I thought this will only complicate my daily business. Then I found SSC. It was so easy to use I and my assistant were able to start using it the first day of the trial period and we have been killing it ever since. After getting all our files uploaded and documents in the system we started to track everything right in SSC. The first full month of using SSC (keep in mind half of the month I was not paying for SSC on the free trial period) we doubled our approval letters from the month before without it. The second month we again doubled our approval letters and we are improving every month. I have now hired 2 full time negotiators on my team and I am able to track what they do daily through SSC. Prior to using Short Sale Commander, I had paper real estate folders and sticky notes. The sticky notes were “tabs” for super important information that was needed every time you call in to the lender. The problem was, the sticky notes were always falling off and I found myself taking too long on phone calls trying to verify information that should have been at my fingertips.

The best part is that I can access this information anywhere, anytime- from any computer. There are so many tools that are simply awesome in SSC. One of the features that I like the best is the ability for other agents and title people to see the progress of the short sale in real time. You can share information that is relevant, while keeping private information private. I also like the ability to email within the program. That function allows me to keep track of emails that I have sent out.
If you are growing or want to grow your business, SSC is really a must. I have used other software programs, but this one is simply the best out there. It’s like they got inside my head and figured out all of the tools you would have to have to make yourself successful.
Another great thing about SSC is the tech support. In the beginning, I relied heavily on them. Now, there is an awesome tutorial that I use to train new team members.
